The tailgate was shipped to the body shop and arrived damaged. As soon as it was discovered I sent a message and a picture of the damage with no response. I tried two more times over several more days to contact the seller with no response while my truck was sitting in the body shop and relayed that to the seller with no response. I had to have the damage repaired at my expense ($300) and installed on my truck and they knew it. Then they offered $65. Beware if you have an issue, no customer svc
