Charge port is cheap and already broken. Battery connector is a pain in the ass to change in the field, requires a tool to push small connector into slot. Battery doesn’t even last half a day of scanning. Cable won’t stay in USB connector for use with the battery bank keeps falling out and then the camera takes 30 seconds to reboot. Not a very usable tool for professionals. When it’s working, it works great but the battery issues are a severe letdown .

    Great 'bang for buck', so far.

    Works as better than my FLIR did, but half the price. How long is a question yet to be answered, but so far, so good. The FLIR held up only for three years.
