The remote will not program to lock and unlock the doors. They will not tell how to program the remote. I do know the key need's to be cut and the FOB starter chipped programmed. That cost me $174. They are demanding I send the FOB back to them to get a refund for the remote only. OMG!! SEND MY KEY AND PROGRAMED STARTER CHIP TO STRANGERS WHO HAVE MY ADDRESS? I wonder if I will get the refund before or after my Mercedes goes missing?!?! This why is buyer and seller beware!

    Programming

    They should tell you that it needs special programming with your dealer may or may not be able to do or a locksmith I love it on the three questions I asked you you can't change your answer from yes to no

    Great Product broken by Locksmith.

    You need to find a Competent Locksmith to cut these keys for you. Most of them are Idiots who insist that they know what they are doing, and then mess up terribly. Both of the remotes "Don't match up with our computer" and as result, the Locksmith cut them incorrectly, adn then insisted on charging $400 for the "repairs". Which prevented the locks from working. "not our problem, you should have bought them through us"
