Challenging but does the job.
You need to be "handy" and strong to replace a band saw tire. There is no easy way to stretch this part around the wheel. But if you can do it, this is an excellent replacement part. I found bicycle/motorcycle tire tools work better than the tool sent with the part to work the tire on the wheel.

Perfect fit, as good as hoped for
I have not installed the replacement blade yet, so performance-wise, I'm hoping it is as good as the tire is. Instructions say it is difficult to install, and although it wasn't a breeze, it wasn't as hard as expected. I didn't soak them in hot water as directed, but with some tugging, pulling, and a wee bit of cursing, they are a good, snug fit.

Tires for Delta saw 28-185
I needed some new tires for my band saw and thought with it being an older model I might have some trouble finding new ones. These urethane tires are a perfect replacement. The installation only took a few minutes and have a tight fit on the wheel. My saw is now as good as new. If you need need new tires for your band saw, these tires are a great replacement.
