item came folded in two spots to fit in a smaller box, ive ordered many of these over the years and never have any ever came folded over. i had to take a heat gun to it and try to reform it , one side cracked! i had the truck sold so i put it on anyway. Recieved 30% refund on the Item, have purched from them before with no problems.
