      Fan Controller

      The Derale 16788 dual fan controller is fantastic. It is easy to install and handles the biggest current draw of all their fans. Mine uses 50 amps for the pair. The only pain was undoing the installation I had done on the existinginstallation. This one works without manual intervention.

      not so good

      Be Aware The Fan temp senor does not work in a core as advertised-The fan temp sensor face must contact solid metal to work accurately-I had to drill/tap in the intake jacket for it to work correctly. Tech support is terrible treat you like a little kid who doesn't know anything and have you call back many times( even after i told them Im a Master tech for 40 years)--I would use another brand OR dont use push in sensor. type like this
