I received the keys in a timely manner and it was packaged nicely. The keys were in a bubble wrap envelope and then inside a Manila envelope with address clear and readable. The customer service was very nice and I didn't have to wait for an answer to the questions I had for them. I won't give a 5 star because I have yet to get the keys cut.
