At risk of being banned from store, I will honestly review THIS pen. This pen was listed as both new and used. That was confusing. Sellers sometimes try the pens to make sure they work properly. Converter had a small amount of ink residue. I love the color of this pen. I am not interested in returning this pen. However-the cost was on the high side for what I confidently call NOT the brand advertised! I can't speak for seller's other items, but this one is a mislabel. It did arrive well packed
