    BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!!! I purchased a bottle of nail polish from CBNAILSTORE428 that was clearly advertised as "New in Box" (I have a picture of this ad) but was shipped what was clearly a used bottle that did not come in a box. After contacting this seller several times, I did ship it back to them via USPS with tracking that stated that they received the item back on August 6th. It is now September 8th and I still have not received a refund & have sent 4 more messages with no replies.

Carefully packaged my polish, adding packing peanuts between the two bottles to protect them and wrapped the box in multiple layers of bubble wrap before packaging to ship.     Had problem as received wrong color polish, but seller responded promptly and once provided with proof of error, via photos of package and polish, sent out correct item. Also, kindly told me to keep incorrect item due to the error. Only criticism, I requested correct item be sent overnight, but seller sent first class, so from order date, 12-20-24, to delivery date, 1-6-25, was 17 days, which seems excessive. Still, overall positive experience and would buy again from seller.
