    Wonderful customer service. The first radiator arrived with visible damage to the box. I took pictures before opening the box and also never unwrapped the plastic wrap on the radiator. The drain valve had been crushed. After providing detailed pictures and a good description of the damage as it had arrived, IVAN quickly arranged for a replacement. The second radiator went in just as it should. Things do get damaged once in a while. But customer service stepped up quickly in this case.

    Slim fit

    This radiator is a direct replacement for the original Orem although: it is much slimmer than the original (almost half the thickness). Also it feel much cheaper and the transmission cooler brackets will be to adjusted to fit with this radiator. In addition you will need to recover all the components and fittings from your old radiator to include the screw retainers since the one provided are not compatible with the original screws. Overall a very cheap replacement. I would not buy it again.
