    Terrible seller. Before ordering a diffuser, I confirmed my vehicle’s make and model and was assured it would fit. When it arrived, it clearly did not fit my specific model. I contacted the seller, but instead of taking responsibility, they refused to acknowledge the mistake. They even suggested “helping” by reselling the item and shipping it on their behalf. They offered a return but would not provide a return label and gave an address I couldn’t use. Very disappointing experience.

    I let seller know about the 3 small cracks. I sent pictures from different angles. They try to say it’s from shipping. I unpacked it and it was well packaged, so it’s not from that. I told them it’s not from shipping, but from whomever pulled the CF off the mold must of did it to hard. It’s deep enough you can feel the surface with your finger nail (3). If you’re not looking for it, you’ll not going to see it. My guess, quality control was off that day before it was being sent off to my door.
