    This item was a thorough disappointment, as well as the “customer service.” In my opinion, Item not as described and overpriced, and seller obnoxious and completely unwilling to address my concerns. My comment to seller was taken completely out of context and I was given a rather thorough upbraiding, which I perceived as very threatening, and bullying, on the consequences of feedback. I note that seller has 100% positive feedback, in my opinion, because seller engages in this bullying of buyer

    Buyer contacted us requesting a partial refund while threatening negative feedback if we did not comply — which is a violation of eBay's feedback extortion policy. A prepaid return label was provided for a full refund, however, buyer failed to return the item in over a month and eBay closed the case in our favour. Feedback was used in lieu of completing the return, which violates eBay’s policies. We stand behind our products and always offer customer service in accordance with eBay's policies.
