Seller is knowledgeable about gold and dismissive. Photos attached were sent with XRF read confirming 10K purity. Seller offered a return but I had no issue with item, it’s the gold representation that’s the problem. Seller would not refund $75 difference in value. Unapologetic and unaccountable. I don’t trust this seller and I am left to believe this was intentional.
