    Disappointing experience on first ever card purchase. Waited weeks after purchase for preorder product to arrive to seller. Seller did reach out that the product was shrink rapped tightly and it would have to be a final sale/no return because of the damage. I said that was fine and was assured it would ship the next day (a Monday). Followed up two weeks later as the product had not shipped and the generated shipping label never was dropped off. Seller refunded my purchase with no explanation.

    Given the brand new account with zero feedback, I made a judgement call to cancel this order. This pre-ordered item was received in a condition I deemed noteworthy, after days of waiting for confirmation to send, I thought the account might have been involved in fraud. I wasn't willing to risk a buyer chargeback, thank you.
