I inquired about 10 days later as to location of order (since I had not heard from them). I received a threatening response not to question them or they would cancel my order & refund my money which apparently they had already accessed. I tried again through there tracking number provided which said order was in Little Rock, Arkansas then other stating order was in Rockaway Beach, Missouri. Listings say six business days Handling Time for a reason (these systems are incredibly complex and must be built, tested, and packaged properly). 2 days after this person ordered (on a weekend), he sends an email saying that we will be "Hearing from his Attorney" because his order is late (which it was not). He is now claiming we are a Chinese company (not true) and he will now be banned from all future purchases.
