Seller seemed to want to help at first, offering replacement needles and agreeing to a partial refund but took forever in responses. Seller then claimed to have no idea what I was talking about and never sent needles because I finally just bought some from another seller. Said the machine was broken and not working and that there were missing parts. Prior. to selling the machine, I had it completely overhauled and tested, so I knew it was in good working order. When I asked for her to clarify certain things, she backpedaled and got very defensive. Turned out it was simply a bent needle, and she had already replaced it. Needles cost $1-2 at most. Not $50. Think this is her MO.
