    The package arrived exactly how it looked in the picture. It actually looked better than I expected it to. I would say 9.5 out of 10. Everything from the pics were included as advertised. Then the seller went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction snd made sure I understood how to connect and use the unit. Even went as far as sending me an additional plug in that actually wasn’t necessary to use the unit but since I asked about it, he provided it. If only all customer service went this well.
