      This is an incredibly phenomenal seller. I purchased a Harmony 880 remote from him and the listing clearly said "No Refunds". The remote was promptly delivered and everything was perfect...except for the fact that a month earlier, Logitech quit supporting that model so I could not program it. I reached out to the seller and he graciously waived the No refund policy for this item. He certainly did not have to do that as he was also unaware of Logitech's policy change. This seller can be trusted!
