I saw some reviews about the sellers packaging being, not so great, but my package was definitely well taken care of. Their communication was great as well. They do have a 5 day window before they ship, just in case you glaze over that info too, but also keep in mind that this is a pawn shop so they're juggling their business and online orders. Still decided to keep rather than return since it’s a good value and I can use other devices as necessary to record other values
