      Ordered this item on 7/11/25, notified it shipped (but no tracking) and stated to be delivered 7/16 to 7/23. On 8/7/25 sent message to seller that item had not arrived. No response. On 8/9 sent message to Ebay item was not received. Issued refund 8/15. I would not recommend this seller.

      Seller shipped the wrong stone — an emerald with a large brown inclusion — but included a report for the “intended” stone. He first admitted a ‘huge mistake’, then later insisted I had the correct stone, and finally reverted to admitting the error. What I received was of lower value. He also tried to resolve it outside of eBay and continued marketing to me directly by text. Refund was eventually granted, but there were too many red flags. I still have the wrong gem report.

      Ordered 3 labubu items on July 12th . Said they were shipped out on July 17th untracked. Tried contacting the seller numerous times but I received NO REPLY at all. Then seller posted on his site that they were on vacation until July 31st. Still as of 8/6 haven’t received anything. Now I have no choice but to request that EBAY give me a refund. Do not buy anything from this person because they don’t seem trustworthy.
