    Ordered brown came black. Seller reached out before the item delivered and requested to reach out not start a return. When I reached out to them they offered to keep the shoes and a 20% discount. I responded that I didnt think that was a fair response because they weren’t the shoes I wanted as well as a 3 week delivery. After messaging we agreed that I would return the shoes but they then asked me to pay for shipping and gave me a return address and said that I would be refunded apron arrival.
