    Great gaming / web conferencing headset

    These headsets are very comfortable and sound great. I also hear that the mic sounds really good( from other video conference attendees). Would definitely buy Kraken products again. They are very good quality.

    Good product, faulty used model

    The product is inherently good. Great unidirectional mic blocks out background noise and provides good quality voice, and the headset provides decent audio. The used model I got just has an issue with static coming through the mic at random times. Itll completely stop picking up audio from the mic and the other players will just hear weird static noises coming from the mic for about 15 seconds then it stops. Its a tad annoying. But other than that its a great product.

    There is no volume control on the headset. I use headsets that have such a control. Did not realize that this was not a feature of the new headset. Outside of that, it would be usable as it is.

    Sound good and high quality

    For how cheap these are, the mic quality is amazing and they feel pretty comfortable. However the sound has no base and I have found some of the lows to be very sharp to the point where it hurts to listen. For gaming they are amazing.
