      Terrible experience with shimano-dura-ace. Item arrived with a seized bearing (picture shows replaced 'OLD' bearings), contradicting "ready to install" description. I only wanted a partial refund. eBay, against my explicit instruction, confusingly pushed a full returnless refund without my knowledge. The seller was rude, unhelpful, and made baseless "mail fraud" threats. Their unprofessional behavior led me to cancel the entire return. Avoid this seller.
