Good, professional grade battery charger
A battery charger with a switch is generally considered better because it allows you to manually turn the charging process on and off, which can be useful for situations where you want to: precisely control charging time. The chargers that do not have a switch require a certain amount of existing voltage so that it can determine if there is reversed polarity. Consequently, batteries that are super dead (Like when a dome light is left one) will not charge.
