        The seller created a shipping label and claimed to have dropped it off at ups. Days went by and still no tracking. Asked eBay to step in because he wasn’t much help, just told me it should show up instead of him contacting ups. eBay stepped in and told me he didn’t show any evidence that he shipped out my item so eBay ended up refunding me. Wouldn’t recommend buying from this seller.

        This is the 1st negative feedback I’ve received in 19 yrs on eBay. I dropped off a small U-Haul’s worth of packages to UPS, and one item wasn’t scanned during intake, occasionally this happens during high-volume drop-offs. I’ve seen packages in similar situations show up after delays, and I remain confident this one will too. I understand the buyer's frustration & respect eBay’s decision to issue a refund, but I stand by my integrity as a seller with nearly two decades of positive feedback.
