    The item was as described, packaged well, and shipping was timely. However the communication could use some work. I received a generic copy and paste reply to my question that didn’t even answer it. The auction was “or best offer” but all offers were declined with no counter offer and no reply. So don’t expect your offer to be countered or seriously considered.
