    This was a terrible experience. They sent me the wrong item. Then for the return they didn’t send me a pick up label but a drop off. I had to go to the post office to ship it. They also sent me the wrong barcode, I had to pay for another envelope about $2 because they didn’t accept the priority envelope that it was sent in. This is ridiculous. Terrible service. I’ll never shop from this person. I will file a complaint against them on Ebay. So disrespectful.

    Blue Light is Blazing

    When i went to activate the device to my carrier, i noticed it had been tampered with by setting a diff PW to the default SSID. No worries, factory reset and cleared the GUI, but for most ppl, they've no idea what that is, so it would seem this device is faulty. It's been doing well and my carrier supports the WiFi6, so it's been a blast experimenting with it. Also, it would appear my carrier is not big enuff to be listed on the activation page, so literally hadda call them directly, no biggie. Typical devices have the icons on the front to see upstream/downsteam, to which network something is responding/connecting. Not this WiFi modem/router device, just one big blazing blue light at the base which lights up the room when it's dark.

    G34 Arris Surfboard modem did NOT work for me.

    Worked OK for nearby wireless computers (although at only 50% of download speed). Would NOT connect to wireless smart TV and wireless video/stereo receiver (50 ft away). Spent hours with Arris support (they tried hard), LG support and Cox support but in the end, total FAIL.

    Arris Surfboard G34-RB AX 3000 Docsis 3.1 Cable Modem Router

    I purchased this unit to save on my Xfinity bill. It was a factory renewed item and I was concerned that it would have issues. I am technically challenged, but was able to follow the directions easily and the unit works as well, or possibly faster than the original Xfinity modem. AND I will save their rental charge every month as well. I DID purchase the extended warranty through Allstate, JUST in case there are future issues. It seems like it is going to be a great value though and I wish that I had purchased one sooner to save on my bill!
