One thing to note, once the battery is fully charged, the power bank will automatically disconnect. This will not keep your device at 100% charge but simply just get it there. This is a good thing for battery life of the device as it will prevent overcharging. Best use as a backup and carry in a bag. The capacity spec at 2600 mAh seems to be correct.
