It really, as a reliable seller should have brought to the buyers attention missing the luggage ID tag, but they felt not telling it, would be better for them because I wouldn't send it back all the way to Tokyo, Japan. It seems very shady after I am a returning buyer not to have made me aware in good faith. SAD:(
