      The seller was extremely slow to ship, extremely slow when inquiring about shipment tracking that indicated the packages hadn't been given to Fed-X for 2 weeks after purchase date, and the seller is unresponsive when inquiring about the remote in the shipment vs what was in the picture. I bought the entire package that was offered as I had been looking for the 9 button remote as pictured, but shipper sent 3 button remote. Worst experience I have ever had on Ebay.

      Took nearly a month to arrive. The least the seller could have done was waive the $50 shipping. Packing was well done, but upon unboxing, the photos differed from the condition of the item received: the console was filthy with a few bug carcasses on the face, and to boot, one of the fader knobs was missing. The courtesy to keep up communication, which was close to nil, and being forthcoming about the state of the item would have been appreciated.
