      Seller had outstanding customer service and communication. Shipping was extremely quick and all questions were answered without making me feel like I was an inconvenience. The softball bat arrived via UPS and was exactly what was described in the sellers post. The condition of the Easton OG Tantrum was in pristine new in the wrapper appearance. My only piece of advice would be to let the buyer know that their bat needs to be signed for. I would absolutely purchase from them in the future!!

      Company sucks at business! I'd Stay away!!!! Sent the wrong item that's valued way way less than what I purchased. Then tells me to send item back to them so they can send my refund or item back to me. I told them to send my item that I paid in full for because I shouldn't be held accountable for what they did. They sent the wrong item, that's on them. Wouldn't doubt they have done this to other customers. Customers are not liable for your mistakes! Lets hope they don't advise others
