Great product at excellent price
Nice product at an excellent price. I already have a 1T SSD drive on my laptop and not many laptops have options to add a 2nd drive whether is 2.5" or M.2 format. I bought it to add a bit more storage to my laptop. Installed it on an otherwise unused wan port. I was able to format and partition the new flash media relatively easily with linux and it has been working great ever since. Ultimate Chromebox storage upgrade
Many of the Chromeboxes are using the 42mm NGFF M.2 style drives, and this is the best bang for the buck to upgrade the storage, with the 512 Transcend model being the only larger one I've seen for 3-4x the price. I installed this and used my Chrome Recovery USB and was back and running in no time. It only shows about 219 GB free, but I'd imagine there are some reserved sectors for wear leveling and the normal GB vs Gb bytes vs bits math.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
