I asked for tracking number. Then was told days later they are out of stock and/or the item was damaged and unable to send out. Yet when you look you see they are still selling them but now $18 and not $15 or so I paid. This seller is full of BS. We notify customers their product is shipping prior to shipping it and we inform them of any issues. In this case, the product in stock was damaged, therefore a full refund was issued. It's unfortunate the people who really scam and steal money don't get caught, and ones who ensure that standards are met and refunds are issued when needed are subject to this.
