    Purchased a Brydge 11 Max+ received a Brydge AIR Max+. Notified the seller that I wanted the right item or for them to pay return shipping for a full refund since the pictures they posted don’t match. After admitting fault, claiming they’ve made plenty of sales, and me repeatedly asking who would pay for shipping they offered me $10. So I’m out $30bucks and I have a terrible plastic keyboard when I ordered an aluminum one. They don’t care about the customer. Just the bottom line.

    Good electric unit. Would buy again for small to medium jobs.

    Pros: Lightweight, Easy to reload cartridge. Good at cutting small yard. Auto line feed is a good feature, but I went through the rolls quickly. Telescoping handle allows smaller footprint when not in use. Cons: Air filtration needs cleaning often. Debris piles up over the vents. Be aware of overheating. The first unit I used became hot. The wheel bearing got clogged and became so hot that it "melted" the plastic raceway that the bearing sits in, rendering the unit non-working. Now, more aware, I have used the 2nd unit more carefully, taking more breaks, cleaning the vents, etc. This unit is going strong.

    Great Edger

    I buy this edger all the time. When one goes out I buy another. It is great when you don't want a wide edge on your grass. This particular edger is great for a woman my size that isn't very tall. That way it doesn't hit the ground when edging. And it's light and easy to work with.

    The only thing I didn't like about it is that goes through string like candy. The power is excellent. I was very surprised on how good it cut through grass and weeds.

    Needs better b upper bearing, other wise a great weed eater.

    This is a great trimmer/weed eater for the money. This is the 2nd one I have owned. The first one lasted about 5 years with the last year being very heavy duty use. The one problem was the upper bearing for the motor. The bearing failed necessitating purchase of a new unit. I hope the bearing in the new one last longer.

    Great lightweight piece of equipment - does a great job

    Used it for the first time yesterday and it did a great job. Unit is lightweight and easy to operate. The string was amazingly strong, so I used very little of it to do the job.
