    I purchased this item and it arrived completely melted, making it unusable. When I reached out to the seller, I was basically told it was my responsibility because the tracking showed it was delivered. The seller refused to take any accountability and told me to file a claim with USPS, even though USPS confirmed the complaint should be filed by the sender. The lack of concern or willingness to help was extremely frustrating. I would not recommend buying from this seller.

    This buyer lives in a very hot city (cannot tell here) in Nevada. Lip balm was ordered and sent in a good shape. EBay informed the buyer the estimated delivery date and kept sending updated status of the package. This buyer said she was not at home for a few days during the delivery and picked up the package 3 days after the delivery. The lip balm is melt under high heat in her mailbox for a few days. I think people with wisdom know who should be responsible.
