    Best on the market.

    Abreva is only ointment on the market that really works on a cold sore. Don't let the small size of tube fool you. You only need a little ointment for each treatment, and the tube will take care of quite of few cold sores when they pop up. If you put it on right in the beginning, 3 times a day like the directions say, then, its gone in a week. I use to get really bad cold sores that lasted weeks and looked like open wounds. With this, the cold sore never gets a chance to form and you really can't even see it during treatment if you get it early. I mean it stops it dead in its tracks, and in a week or less the tingling is gone.

    Best medicine for cold sores

    You can't beat this for cold sore treatment. It quickly aids in healing and often times preventing the break out of a huge fever blister. It also has a lidocaine agent to help numb the pain.

    A great product

    This really works and this was a very good price. I find this time of year my lips get chapped and unless I use this, I get blisters. This can head off major issues before they become severe.
