Each item was carefully bagged, wrapped in multiple layers of padding and boxes for protection during transit. We had a shipping SNAFU early on. Once we were able to figure out our communication their customer service was excellent.     Great value!

    Works great! Amazing value for the price, brand new routers are 3x the price! Setup was extremely easy, just had to use the xfinity app. Took around 20 minutes for everything, and works just like a new one would.

    Is it not a new router, I ask for help technical support NEARGEAR, they tell me cannot have warranty

    If the product or router is new, the advantage is that you would not have to pay rent for a router is a good product. but; The router that I bought did not work in my system, I could not do the set-up because another user configured it, I hope that the insurance pays me for the defective product.

    3 months and going strong!

    Replaced a Arris modem/router with this, though not inexpensive it is very solid both in manufacture and in capability. Doisis 3.1 comes in at the maximum rate for my provider Xfinity @500 mps The Arris was considerably slower though still a 3.1 Coverage is very good both on 5Ghz and 2.8 installation took 3 min. I have been using this for approximately 3 months without any problems and see no reason to change! Strongly recommend this product if you require good reliability and Wi-Fi coverage.
