        Buying a T480 is risky due to the thunderbolt potential catastrophic failure. I'm glad to report that (1) This seller communicates well. When the delivery was delayed by UPS (not the seller's fault) he immediately engaged. (2) I was able to update the TB firmware to V23 (which means the hardware was still intact and operational) and (3) Laptop arrived as described, clean, well packaged, no negative surprises of any kind. Would I buy from this seller again? No doubt I would.
