Communication was great, as well as the packaging!- a box(original), inside a box(original shipping), inside another much larger box with accommodated 2.5" foam sheeting all the way around. In light of this, shipping was reasonable, I thought. As best as I can tell, this item is in fact new. It may have been unboxed by original owner, and/or partially unboxed to verify contents by TMR. Amplifier has no marks, or blemishes at all, was described well. Great value!

      Received amplifier in great condition, it was well packed and as described. However, the unit had a defective DAC and despite troubleshooting with manufacturer and seller we were unable to resolve the issue. The seller paid for the return quickly and in a friendly manner, and processed my refund within 3 days of receiving the unit back. I don't blame them for not catching the defect, and I appreciate them being professional about the return. I would buy from them in future!

      Item was well packed-they even had the original factory box & packing. Very impressive for a 25 year old component-- especially after some previous dealings with other sellers. I was concerned buying a a heavy item and having it shipped. But they were very responsive and assured me it would be packed well. Item arrived safely and was as described.
