    It was clearly my mistake on the misunderstanding in the description of this item. I was thinking I was getting the whole fan however, when I received it, I didn’t realize it was not package was unopened. I offered to pay for the shipping back. The seller wouldn’t even consider it and just stopped responding. I would have hoped for a little consideration, but did not receive it. Probably won’t buy from the seller again.

    Neat roof installation, with one penetration rather than two.

    Product is well engineered and made, but these Rheem vents do not seem to have the bird screens included the way the Weil Mclean concentric vent did. Some trouble to locate and buy some stainless steel screens. This is only for the exhaust, not for the intake. With vertical installation, here in Texas, have used two vents with no protection on the intake for 15 years with no problem.

    still ok to use but sneaky not to disclose

    Had cracked fin under vent hood not disclosed in verbiage and photo shows only top on vent not underneath where crack is. Broken/missing section not in box so damage occurred elsewhere.
