      First Alert ADF-12 BRK/Firex Smoke Alarm Adapter Plug (Pack of 12)

      These adapters made it easy to replace my old Firex FADC smoke detectors with new BRK model 3120B smoke detectors. Just snap one end of the adapter into the new smoke detector and snap the other end into the old Firex cable in the ceiling.

      They get the Job done

      Not a perfect fit on the black end would not connect without removing side clip locks had to tape with electrical tape to stay together but it works

      Smoke Alarm Adapter Plug

      If you are changing brands of smoke detector and don't want to turn off the AC power and mess with wire nuts in the ceiling then this is the way to go.

      Smoke alarm replacement

      This makes a really hard job very easy. My old (expired ) smoke alarms were made by Code One (Kidde0 the new ones were BRK (First Alert). These adapters made the installation plug in easy.
