This seller shipped speakers without a critical part (the control pod) and the main speaker was smashed. I thought the package was a prank when I first opened it. It was packed with broken styrofoam pieces from some other package and it took me 30 minutes to clean up the static-cling snowstorm. I contacted the seller and got a ridiculous offer of just $35 refund for the garbage that was shipped. Terrible to work with.
