    The seller was easy to deal with, friendly and understanding. The parcel was very well packed and the doll arrived intact. The doll condition is as described although the legs & head are slightly loose.Overall, I'm very pleased. However, I'm not pleased with eBay itself! eBay must change the way it operates & give the actual tracking number. Just showing the trajectory of travel of the parcel is not enough! Delivery company contact info must also be given. Shipping cost is ridiculously HIGH!!
