Decent for small projects, but anything substantial I'd recommend a gas/electric one. About 50square feet took half of a 5ah battery and about 30 minutes. This works well. It is 300 PSI so do not expect a ton of pressure like what you would get from an actual pressure washer. But I like it for small jobs as I can simply attach a hose to it and do smaller jobs in the area that don't require a lot of pressure, but more than just regular city water pressure (which is usually around 50PSI).
