    Painful! Barely coming in on a positive note. I purchased these on the 12th. Granted the following Monday was "Government Workers" day off, I got a tracking number fairly quick, but the item didn't appear to ship. A week and a half out the tracking number says it left California. Finally! Leave it up to usps to drag their heels. I finally got them today! Yay!!! Things happen and we move on. The seller had great communication, and assured me he would take care of it. I'll shop here again.

I shared details about defective item, and they stood behind the item and refunding the purchase. Although I didn't give great rating for product 1 star because the "tested fully functional print head" was defective. And shipping took 15+ days, which was disappointing--but USPS is likely to blame for that! The seller WAS responsive and refunded my purchase. And I give the seller 4.5 stars.
