USPS showed it was delivered but I never received it. eBay refused to refund. Today, my package was marked delivered but my mailbox was filled with my neighbor’s mail. Not mine. Long story short. I hunted that USPS man and he found my mail and packages two houses down from mine. Talk about relief! eBay refused to refund me because USPS stated it was delivered. Bad business. I LOVE THE JACKET! IT IS PERFECT!
