    The Mean Well RS-15-5 was in new condition as advertised, but was inadequately packaged and arrived damaged. However, I am not faulting the seller's packaging. The item has a sheet metal cage, the forces required for the shipper to crush it were extreme. Seller promptly refunded the full purchase price and shipping costs.
