Generally, it was a good deal. “full vacuum cleaning system” was not an accurate description. What was in the photos is what I received. My biggest concern was that the Kirby was not stored well and it arrived without being cleaned (i.e the filter bag was full, used, smelled of smoke and was still in the outer bag), bearings had to be replaced and a good cleaning was needed.
