Seller refused a refund of any kind and insisted all required hardware was included because she "packed it myself." She obviously didn't even bother to look at installation instructions, because it plainly called out the hardware that should have been included. I messaged buyer 2 days ago telling him I WOULD honor a full refund upon item return (despite no return policy).
