Deck blades operate same as original. Can't comment on longevity for years to come. Original belt lasted 10 years.

      Spend more for better quality

      This belt didn’t fit my John Deere D140 even though the description says it does. I put it on my mower and it had some slack. I started the mower and mowed one stripe and the belt broke. Spend a little more and get a better quality belt
